Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a method and a machine for packaging a pressurized spray product in a dispensing container. The machine according to this invention essentially comprises a cradle (1) capable of supporting containers (R), actuators (2) integral with the cradle (1) and allowing the temporary and elastic thrusting of the bottom (3) of the containers (R) in order to connect their front section forming a valve with a propellent gas (CO2) feed head (4), and means (6) of agitation with an alternating motion of the containers held between the actuators (2) and the propellent gas feed head (4). This machine allows the packaging of any more or less viscous product in a dispensing container whose entire contents can be dispensed in the form of a pressurized spray.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et une machine de conditionnement d'un produit générateur d'aérosol dans un récipient distributeur. La machine selon cette invention comprend essentiellement un berceau (l) apte à supporter des récipients (R), des vérins (2) solidaires du berceau (1) et permettant la poussée temporaire et élastique du fond (3) des récipients (R) pour mettre en communication leur partie avant formant valve avec une tête (4) d'alimentation en gaz propulseur (CO2), et des moyens (6) d'agitation suivant un mouvement alternatif des récipients retenus entre les vérins (2) et la tête (4) d'alimentation en gaz propulseur. Cette machine permet le conditionnement d'un produit quelconque plus ou moins visqueux dans un récipient distributeur dont la totalité du contenu pourra être distribuée sous la forme d'un aérosol.
