Abstract (en)
This anchoring system serves for fastening facade-cladding elements (1) to a house facade (2). It is provided with a plurality of carrying rails (3) and a plurality of carrying and holding anchors (5, 6) connecting the latter to the facade-cladding elements (1). The carrying rails (3) are each provided with one first receiving and guiding groove (7) extending in their longitudinal direction. The holding anchors (6) are constructed, for their simple mounting on the building, in such a way that they can be inserted into this first groove (7) from the front in the direction of the arrow A in a plane extending transversely to the carrying-rail longitudinal axis, are infinitely displaceable inside said groove along the same and are moveable into a positive position (illustrated), so that they are positively locked in the vertical direction with respect to the plane of the facade-cladding elements. For the carrying anchors (5), a second and third guiding and receiving groove (8, 9), extending symmetrically to one another and to the first groove (7), are provided in each case on both sides of the first receiving and guiding groove (7) for laterally positive reception, in the horizontal direction, of the rearwardly directed free end of the carrying anchors (5). The latter are fixed in their desired position and in the second or third groove (8, 9), e.g. are firmly connected to the carrying rails (3) by means of self-drilling screws (11). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Dieses Verankerungssystem dient zur Befestigung von Fassadenverkleidungselementen (1) an einer Hausfassade (2). Es ist mit einer Mehrzahl von Tragschienen (3) sowie einer Mehrzahl von die letzteren mit den Fassadenverkleidungselementen (1) verbindenden Trag- und Halteankern (5,6) versehen. Die Tragschienen (3) sind mit je einer in ihrer Längsrichtung verlaufenden ersten Aufnahme- und Führungsnut (7) versehen. Die Halteanker (6) sind zu ihrer einfachen Montage auf dem Bau derart ausgebildet, dass sie in einer quer zur Tragschienenlängsachse verlaufenden Ebene von vorne in Richtung des Pfeiles A in diese erste Nut (7) einführbar, innerhalb dieser längs derselben stufenlos verschiebbar und dieser in eine formschlüssige Position (dargestellt) bewegbar sind, so dass sie in vertikaler Richtung zur Fassadenverkleidungselementenebene formschlüssig arretiert sind. Für die Traganker (5) sind auf beiden Seiten der ersten Aufnahme- und Führungsnut (7) je eine zweite und dritte, symmetrisch zueinander und zur ersten Nut (7) verlaufende Führungs- und Aufnahmenut (8,9) zur in horizontaler Richtung seitlich formschlüssigen Aufnahme des nach hinten gerichteten freien Endes der Traganker (5) vorgesehen. Die letzteren werden in ihrer gewünschten Position und in der zweiten oder dritten Nut (8,9) festgelegt, z.B. mittels Selbstbohrschrauben (11) fest mit den Tragschienen (3) verbunden.
