[origin: EP0336196A1] In a process for producing a protective and/or decorative coating, which can be removed if necessary, on a substrate with a smooth surface, (A) the substrate is thoroughly cleaned; (B) a coating composition containing organic solvents and at least one cellulose derivative as a binder is applied to the cleaned substrate, the coating having a dry film thickness of 40 to 85 mu m, preferably 50 to 70 mu m; (C) when the coating applied in step (B) is sufficiently dry, a second coating composition containing organic solvents is applied, the total quantity of all the organic solvents present in the second coating material at the processing viscosity being equal to at least 80 % by weight of (cyclo)aliphatic and/or aromatic hydrocarbons; and (D) the second coating composition is dried.

Dans un procédé pour produire un revêtement protecteur et/ou décoratif, lequel peut être au besoin éliminé, sur un substrat muni d'une surface lisse, (A) le substrat est soigneusement nettoyé; (B) une composition de revêtement renfermant des solvants organiques et au moins un dérivé cellulosique comme liant est appliquée sur le substrat nettoyé, le revêtement présentant une épaisseur de film sec de 40 à 85 microns, de préférence 50 à 70 microns; (C) lorsque le revêtement appliqué à l'étape (B) est suffisamment sec, une deuxième composition de revêtement renfermant des solvants organiques est appliquée, la quantité totale de tous les solvants organiques présents dans ladite composition à la viscosité de mise en oeuvre étant égale à au moins 80 % en poids d'hydrocarbures (cyclo) aliphatiques et/ou aromatiques; et (D) la deuxième composition de revêtement est séchée.
