[origin: WO9005489A1] An instrument for anastomosis comprising means that permit folding of distal end portions of first and second tubular tissues over clamping surfaces (116, 117) on the instrument to form ring shaped flange portions for application of a bonding agent, and means for cloning up the clamping surfaces towards each other with the ring shaped surfaces lying therebetween. The instrument has means (112, 113, 114, 115) for admission of the bonding agent to the joint area through the instrument, preferably from the rearmost end and to the tip portion (110) of the instrument, preferably in the shape of a thin, flexible hose (113), which is passed through the instrument.

Un instrument d'anastomose comprend des moyens permettant de plier des parties terminales latérales de premier et second tissus tubulaires sur des surfaces de serrage (116, 117) situées sur l'instrument, afin de former des parties de rebord annulaires pour l'application d'un agent de liaison, ainsi que des moyens de fermeture des surfaces de serrage l'une vers l'autre, les surfaces annulaires reposant entre ces dernières. Ledit instrument est doté de moyens (112, 113, 114, 115) permettant l'admission de l'agent de liaison à la zone de jointure par ledit instrument, de préférence à partir de l'extrémité arrière et jusqu'à la partie du bout (110) dudit instrument, et dont la forme est de préférence celle d'un tube (113) mince souple, que l'on fait passer dans l'instrument.
