In an open-end spinning device (1), a fibre feed channel (3) extends from a housing (4) having a rotatable opening roller (40) to a spinning element (10). The fibre feed channel (3) consists of two part channels (30) and (31) which are moveable relative to one another and which can be brought into alignment with one another. The first part channel (30) is located in an insert (32) of the housing (4) and is guided axially movably in the housing (4). The insert (32) is loaded in the direction of the second part channel (31) by an elastic element (450) and, at its end facing the interior of the housing (4), is covered by a diaphragm (43) at least downstream in relation to the direction of rotation (P) of the opening roller (40). A gasket (6) is arranged between the insert (32) and housing (4). <IMAGE>

In einer Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (1) erstreckt sich ein Faserspeisekanal (3) von einem Gehäuse (4) mit einer drehbaren Auflösewalze (40) zu einem Spinnelement (10). Der Faserspeisekanal (3) besteht aus zwei relativ zueinander bewegbaren und in Flucht zueinander bringbaren Teilkanälen (30) und (31). Der erste Teilkanal (30) befindet sich in einem Einsatz (32) des Gehäuses (4) und wird axial beweglich im Gehäuse (4) geführt. Der Einsatz (32) ist durch ein elastisches Element (450) in Richtung zum zweiten Teilkanal (31) beaufschlagt und an seinem dem Innenraum des Gehäuses (4) zugewandten Ende - in bezug auf die Drehrichtung (P) der Auflösewalze (40) - wenigstens stromabwärts durch eine Blende (43) abgedeckt. Zwischen Einsatz (32) und Gehäuse (4) befindet sich eine Dichtung (6).
