Abstract (en)
The invention concerns a sole (1) for sports shoes, in particular for indoor sports, the sole having an edge support in the form of a bead (3) of approximately circular cross-section which projects out beyond the lateral surface (4) of the main body (2) of the sole. The bead is only connected to the sole by a part of its cross-section located above the lower surface of the sole. When the shoe is subjected to lateral stresses, the bead can therefore pivot to one side, thus producing a threshold effect against lateral bending (fig. 2).

Eine Laufsohle (1) für Sportschuhe, insbesondere für Hallensportarten, die einen über die seitliche Begrenzungsfläche (4) des Sohlenkörpers (2) überstehenden Stützrand in Form eines Wulstes (3) von annähernd kreisförmigem Querschnitt aufweist. Der Wulst ist nur über einen oberhalb der Sohlenauftrittsfläche (5) befindlichen Teil seines Querschnittsumfanges mit dem Sohlenkörper verbunden und kann daher bei einer seitlichen Belastung des Sportschuhes zur Seite hin verschwenken und eine Schwellenwirkung gegenüber seitlichem Umknicken erzeugen.
