[origin: EP0407948A1] The error curve of conventional rotating meters exhibits in the lower measurement range a sharp rise in the percentage error with a large overshoot which drops off steeply towards negative values at the start of the measurement range. The aim of the invention is to decrease the error overall. At least one flow transducer each is arranged and constructed in the inlet ducts 2 in such a way that the nonlinearities in the measurement curve are largely compensated and the error curve has a correspondingly flatter shape. The rotating meter according to the invention is preferably to be used as a water flowmeter.
