Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0408083A1] The invention refers to the construction of an aggressive liquids dosage membrane pump as entirety especially to the parts and structures: the distributor of aggressive liquid (1.00), distributor of air 3/2 (2.00) and membrane (3). The distributor of aggressive liquid (1.00) is made as a united entirety which produced a united compact constitution. Membrane (3), made up of tephlon, are rigidliy connected by the connecting rod (5). The pump works in the following way: while one of the membranes sucks the aggressive liquids as a result of the under pressure which it produces in its chamber, the other membrane pushes the already sucked liquid with the power of air under the pressure which has an influence from its inside. When the membrane, which sucks in the liquid, touches the micro switch, the role of the membrane is being exchanged. All parts of the chamber are made of materials which are resistent to aggressive liquid. These are tephlon, Koterm and stainless steel.
