[origin: EP0408537A1] The invention relates to a protection against pinching for secondary closing edges (8) of outer swing doors which can be moved from the end opening position into the end closing position and back in the manner of a parallelogram by means of driven supporting links (4) and at least one guide link (6). The protection against pinching is obtained in that each guide link (6) has two longitudinal parts (9, 10) guided against one another and displaceable counter to the force of the spring (20) in order to shorten the link length. In an embodiment of the invention, one longitudinal part (10) can carry an electrical or pneumatic limit switch (23) and the other longitudinal part (9) can have a stop for this limit switch, the limit switch (23) switching the drive either to "no power" or to "door opening". <IMAGE>
