[origin: JPH0358601A] PURPOSE: To turn on/off a high frequency and large current by attaching a spring inside of bellows to apply its force to a contact surface thereby driving the bellows with fluid. CONSTITUTION: When compressed air is supplied to an inlet 15, the air reaches the inside of a hollow part 24 at the extended part of a contact part 4 housing the spring 16 and a corner part on a side depresses the lower side of the contact surface 25 as a contact head fixed to the metallic bellows 14. When force made by compressed air is larger than that of the spring 16 then, the bellows 14 is extended until the contact surface 25 is abutted to the contact part 3. Thereby, electrical contact is generated between the contact points 3 and 4 and a current flows between the contact points 3 and 4 through the bellows 14 and a projection part 21. Thereby a high frequency and large current is turned on/off stably and a switch is miniaturized.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ein/Aus-Schalter (1) für die Schaltung von Hochfrequenzströmen. Dieser Schalter (1) weist ein Gehäuse (2) aus elektrisch nichtleitendem Kunststoff auf, das auf seiner Oberseite und auf seiner Unterseite durch elektrisch leitende Kontaktteile (3, 4) abgeschlossen ist. In dem Gehäuse (2) befindet sich ein Metallbalg (14), der mit seinem einen Ende mit einem der Kontaktteile (4) und mit seinem anderen Ende mit einem Kontaktkopf (25) in Verbindung steht. Mit Hilfe von Druckluft kann der Kontaktkopf (25) mit dem anderen Kontaktteil (3) in Verbindung gebracht oder von diesem wieder entfernt werden.
