Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a method for interrupting a roving so as to make it possible to initiate the automatic removal of full bobbins from a flier frame for long fibres, characterised in that it involves, when the rotation of the flier (1) and of the bobbin (2) has stopped, bringing the presser finger (4) of the flier (1) into the lower conical zone of the bobbin (2), in order to cause a partial opening of the roving (3), and then bringing about a partial rotation of the bobbin (2), with the flier (1) remaining stopped, in order to obtain the interruption of the roving (3), the bobbin (2) subsequently being removed from the frame. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un procédé de rupture de la mèche pour pouvoir pratiquer la levée automatique des bobines pleines sur un banc à broches pour fibres longues caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à amener, à l'arrêt de la rotation de l'ailette (1) et de la bobine (2), le doigt presseur (4) de l'ailette (1) dans la zone conique inférieure de la bobine (2), afin de provoquer une ouverture partielle de la mèche (3), puis à réaliser une rotation partielle de la bobine (2), l'ailette (1) restant arrêtée, afin d'obtenir la rupture de la mèche (3), la bobine (2) étant ensuite enlevée du banc.
