Abstract (en)
By this method, two or more components (2a, 2b) can be brought together and joined detachably. The resulting end product can be taken apart again to form the components without the latter being destroyed. The joining of the components is of variable intensity. A device for carrying out the method has a collecting device (20), a feed (10) for an outer component (2a) and a feed for an inner component (2b), an opening station (21), an aligning station (23), a removal point and a glueing station (22) which is connected upstream of the feed point (11), at which the two components (2a, 2b) are brought together, and a pressing station (24). The glueing station (22) is connected to a glue feed and control unit (35) which allows the amount of glue to be adjusted. Additionally, the surface regions and the site at which the glue is applied can be altered. <IMAGE>

Mit dem Verfahren können zwei oder mehrere Teilprodukte (2a, 2b) zusammengetragen und lösbar verbunden werden. Das entstehende Endprodukt ist wieder in die Teilprodukte zerlegbar, ohne dass diese selber zerstört werden. Die Verbindung zwischen den Teilprodukten ist von variabler Intensität. Eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens besitzt eine Sammeleinrichtung (20), eine Zuführung (10) für ein äusseres Teilprodukt (2a) und eine Zuführung für ein inneres Teilprodukt (2b), eine Öffnerstation (21), eine Richtstation (23), eine Entnahmestelle sowie eine Klebstation (22), die der Zuführstelle (11), an der die beiden Teilprodukte (2a, 2b) zusammengebracht werden, vorgeschaltet ist und eine Anpressstation (24). Die Klebstation (22) ist mit einer Klebstoffzuführung und - steuereinheit (35) verbunden, welche eine Einstellung der Klebstoffmenge erlaubt. Zudem können die Flächenbereiche und der Ort wo Klebstoff aufgebracht wird verändert werden.
