[origin: JPH0359118A] PURPOSE: To actuate a lap guide plate without hindrance, even when the combining number is increased by thinning the thickness in the bending area between the nipper and the frame of the plastic guide plate more than other parts. CONSTITUTION: A plastic guide plate 13 is rotatably connected to the lower nipper 6 at the lower edge of the plate and the upper edge is rotatably linked to the part 16 fixed to the frame. The guide plate 13 is made thinner in its thickness in its bendable range 18 that is almost parallel and in straight line to these edges so that the bendable range 18 may act as a hinge.
