An automatically actuatable differential gear locking device (11) is provided for a differential gear (5) of a motor vehicle with a drive shaft (2) and two output shafts (7, 9). The operating data from at least two (2, 9) of the shafts (2, 7, 9) are fed to an electronic control unit (17). In order to allow the differential gear locking device (11) to be switched off without having to constantly release the clutch forming the differential gear locking device after a locking in order to measure speed differentials, sensors (13, 15) for continuous torque sensing are arranged on the shafts (2, 9). A torque limit value assigned to the accelerator position and the selected gear of the motor vehicle for switching on the differential gear locking device (11) together with the ratio of two torques for switching off this locking device are stored in the control unit (17). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Für ein Ausgleichgetriebe (5) eines Kraftfahrzeuges mit einer Antriebswelle (2) und zwei Abtriebswellen (7, 9) ist ein automatisch betätigbare Ausgleichgetriebesperre (11) vorgesehen. Einem elektronischen Steuergerät (17) werden die Betriebsdaten von mindestens zwei (2, 9) der Wellen (2, 7, 9) eingegeben. Um das Ausschalten der Ausgleichgetriebesperre (11) zu ermöglichen, ohne nach einer Sperre die die Ausgleichgetriebesperre bildende Kupplung zur Messung von Drehzahldifferenzen immer wieder lösen zu müssen, sind an den Wellen (2, 9) Sensoren (13, 15) zur laufenden Drehmomenterfassung angeordnet. Im Steuergerät (17) sind ein der Fahrfußhebelstellung und dem gewählten Getriebegang des Kraftfahrzeuges zugeordneter Drehmomentgrenzwert für das Einschalten der Ausgleichgetriebesperre (11) sowie das Verhältnis zweier Drehmomente zum Ausschalten dieser Sperre gespeichert.
