Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a lock striker, for example for the door leaf of a motor vehicle. This striker comprises essentially two plates (1, 2), between which can be clamped elastically the branches (3a) of a generally U-shaped catch piece (3), on which a bolt or hook can catch and which can be positioned automatically and correctly as soon as the door leaf having the bolt or hook is first closed, this being achieved as a result of simultaneous sliding and tilting movements of this U-shaped piece (3) which is initially integral with the plates (1, 2). The striker of the invention is used especially in locks making it possible to lock the tailgate of motor vehicles. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne une gâche de serrure pour battant de véhicule automobile par exemple. Cette gâche comprend essentiellement deux platines (1, 2) entre lesquelles peuvent être serrées élastiquement les branches (3a) d'une pièce d'accrochage (3) en forme générale de U sur laquelle peut s'accrocher un pêne ou crochet, et qui peut être positionnée automatiquement et correctement dès la première fermeture du battant de porte comportant le pêne ou crochet, et cela grâce à des mouvements simultanés de coulissement et de basculement de cette pièce en U (3) qui est initialement solidaire des platines (1, 2). La gâche de l'invention trouve notamment application dans les serrures permettant le verrouillage du hayon des véhicules automobiles.
