[origin: WO8910336A1] A method of forming films of superconducting ceramics is disclosed. The method involves electrodepositing a mixture of metals of the type which can be oxidized into superconducting ceramic. Thereafter, the metals deposited are oxidized to form the superconducting ceramic deposit. Deposits made by this method are also disclosed.

L'invention concerne un procédé de formation de films céramiques supraconducteurs. Le procédé comprend l'électrodéposition d'un mélange de métaux du type pouvant être oxydé en céramique supraconductrice. Ensuite, les métaux déposés sont oxydés pour former le dépôt céramique supraconducteur. Les dépôts obtenus par ce procédé sont également décrits.
