For manufacturing grinding tools (1, 7) coated with extra hard grinding particles (3), instead of a basic body of steel a commercially available grinding tool of corresponding shape and size of a ceramic material is used as the basic body. This is brushed with an adhesive (4) at the points to be coated, the grinding particles (3) are applied and pressed in the pores (5) of the ceramic material (6); finally, the adhesive (4) is allowed to set. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zum Herstellen von mit extrem harten Schleifkörnern (3) belegten Schleifkörpern (1,7) wird anstatt eines Grundkörpers aus Stahl ein handelsübliches Schleifwerkzeug entsprechender Form und Größe aus einem Keramikmaterial als Grundkörper verwendet. Dieser wird an den zu belegenden Stellen mit einem Klebstoff (4) bestrichen, die Schleifkörner (3) werden aufgebracht und in die Poren (5) des Keramik-Materials (6) eingedrückt; schließlich läßt man den Klebstoff (4) noch aushärten.
