[origin: JPH03200542A] PURPOSE: To shorten the length of both legs on non-operation position and prevent the legs from protruding out of a container end edge by dividing both legs of a carrying handle by an intermediate joint and folding both legs onto the non-operation position of the carrying handle and engaged with thereon in the constitution of a container. CONSTITUTION: A handle strip 12 and two terminal legs 13 and 13' are included in a carrying handle, and both terminal legs 13 and 13' are provided with handle side sections 14 and container side sections 15. The handle side sections 14 are interconnected with container side sections 15 by intermediate joints 16, and both side sections 14 and 15 can be folded. The length of the handle side sections 14 and the container side sections 15 is so set as not to protrude the carrying handle 11 from a narrow side face 10. Helical springs 22 are disposed around the axis on container side joints 17, and arms 18 and 19 are located on the given positions and set in the tension state to retain the positions. The operation of a container is carried out easily by the arrangement.

Der Traggriff (11) besteht aus einer Griffleiste (12) und zwei endseitigen Schenkeln (13,13'), die an der Schmalseite (10) des Transportbehälters angelenkt sind. Die Schenkeln (13,13') sind in zwei Abschnitte (14,15) unterteilt, die über ein Zwischengelenk (16) miteinander verbunden sind. Die Gelenkachse des Zwischengelenks (16) und des transportbehälterseitigen Gelenks (17) verlaufen parallel zur Griffleiste (12). In der Ruhestellung des Traggriffs (11) werden die Schenkelabschnitte (14,15) abgeknickt, so daß sie parallel zueinander zu liegen kommen. Auf diese Weise werden die Schenkel (13,13') in der Ruhestellung verkürzt, so daß sie insbesondere bei schmalen Transportbehältern nicht über die Außenkanten überstehen, sondern innerhalb der vorgegebenen Abmessungen zu liegen kommen.
