[origin: JPH0364566A] PURPOSE: To constantly make the distribution of color on a web of color coincident with a desired color distribution in a continuous dyeing of a belt-shaped fabric body by introducing the body through a pressing machine after immersion in a dyeing bath into both a moisture measuring and a color measuring apparatuses by installing a computer in a control connecting line between the pressing machine and the color measuring apparatus so as to eliminate a color variation. CONSTITUTION: In a process in which a belt-shaped fabric body 1 is immersed through a guide roller 2 and an immersion roller 3 in a dyeing bath 5 in a trough 4, inserted into a squeezing slit 7 between a pair of rollers 8 of a raising and pressing machine 6, pressed at a fixed squeezing force and is introduced via a moisture measuring apparatus 9 and a color measuring apparatus 10 through a guide roller 11 in an arrow 12 direction, a computer 14 is laid in a controlling connecting line 13 between the pressing machine 6 and the color measuring apparatus 10. A color at the central part 5 of the belt-shaped fabric body 1 is compared with colors at both end parts by the color measuring apparatus 10. A correction signal of the deviation is outputted through the computer 14 to the pressing machine 6 to set a proper squeezing force distribution.

Um beim Färben mit einem Färbefoulard Fehlfärbungen infolge unterschiedlichen Stoffbahnverhaltens frühzeitig zu erkennen und ohne nennenswerte Verluste an fehlgefärbter Metrage korrigierend in die Arbeit des Foulards einzugreifen oder die Färbung abbrechen zu müssen, wird die Quetschkraftverteilung des Foulards in Abhängigkeit von der gemessenen Farbverteilung der noch die Anfangsfeuchte am Foulardausgang aufweisenden Stoffbahn geregelt.
