Le secteur technique de l'invention est celui des dispositifs d'amorçage de chaine pyrotechnique pour sous-munition d'obus cargo. Le dispositif d'amorçage (5) de chaine pyrotechnique pour sous-munition d'obus cargo comportant une charge explosive (4) contenue dans une enveloppe (47), selon l'invention comporte: un tiroir (8) porteur d'une amorce (9), mobile dans une rainure transversale (48) d'un corps (7) d'une Position de sécurité dans laquelle l'amorce (9) n'est pas alignée avec la suite de la chaîne pyrotechnique à une position armée dans laquelle l'alignement est réalisé, un percuteur (16) mobile dans un alésage longitudinal (49) et venant frapper l'amorce (9) lors de l'impact de la sous-munition, au moins un moyen de blocage du tiroir dans sa position de sécurité, il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de neutralisation comprenant un obstacle qui, actionné par des moyens moteurs, vient s'interposer sur le trajet du tiroir (8) dans le cas où ce dernier n'est pas venu prendre sa position armée après la chute de la sous-munition sur le sol de façon à empêcher tout passage ultérieur de ce dernier dans sa position armée.
