An electrographic image carrier comprises a metal sublayer (1), an intermediate electroconducting and stabilizing layer (2) and a photoconducting layer (3). Due to the microgranular structure of the material of the stabilizing layer (2) and to the capability of said layer (2) to undergo plastic deformation, the continuity of the composition of the photoconducting (3) and the stabilizing (2) layer is preserved.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Elektrophotographie. Der elektrophotographische Aufzeichnungsträger enthält ein Metallsubstrat (I), eine elektrisch leitende stabilisierende Zwischenschicht (2) und eine photoleitende Schicht (3). Dank einer feinkörnigen Struktur des Materials der stabilisierenden Schicht (2) und der Fähigkeit dieser Schicht (2) zu einer plastischen Verformung wird die Ganzheit der Komposition der photoleitenden und der stabilisierenden Schicht (3 bzw. 2) beibehalten. <IMAGE>

Un support d'image électrographique comprend une sous-couche métallique (1), une couche intermédiaire (2) électroconductrice et stabilisatrice, ainsi qu'une couche photoconductrice (3). Du fait de la structure microgranulaire de la matière de la couche stabilisatrice (2) et de la capacité de ladite couche (2) à subir des déformations plastiques, la continuité de la composition de la couche photoconductrice (3) et stabilisatrice (2) est maintenue.
