With receptacle stirring devices, there is the need to replace the seals between the stirring shaft (1) and the receptacle from time to time. For this purpose, it is necessary first of all to remove that part (4') of the coupling (4) between the drive shaft (3) and the stirring shaft (1) which is connected to the stirring shaft (1). In order to protect the means for centering the coupling part on the stirring shaft against wear during removal, a short centering taper (14, 15) is provided instead of a continuous centering taper on the hub end of the coupling part (4'). The frequently present intermediate shaft (2) is advantageously designed as a hollow shaft. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei Behälterrührwerken besteht die Notwendigkeit, die Dichtungen zwischen der Rührwelle (1) und dem Behälter von Zeit zu Zeit auszuwechseln. Hierzu ist es erforderlich, den mit der Rührwelle (1) verbundenen Teil (4') der Kupplung (4) zwischen Antriebswelle (3) und Rührwelle (1) vorher abzuziehen. Um nun die Zentrierung des Kupplungsteils auf der Rührwelle beim Abziehen gegen Verschleiß zu schützen, wird anstelle eines durchgehenden Zentrierkonus am nabenseitigen Ende des Kupplungsteils (4') ein kurzer Zentrierkonus (14, 15) vorgesehen. Die in vielen Fällen vorhandene Zwischenwelle (2) wird vorteilhaft als Hohlwelle ausgebildet.
