Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0412553A2] The invention relates to packaging inserts made of folded cardboard strips, in which in each case one strip is cut out conically from the bottom and connected detachably to a further strip which is incised so as to widen from the top to the bottom. As can be seen in Figure 1, the base edges (6', 6") of the incisions next to the connection points (7', 7") with the side edges (5', 5") have a reduced spacing from the fold (4) if they are constructed on a first strip (1) and a reduced spacing from the base side (8) if they are constructed on a second strip (2). Additionally, the inserts are characterised in that the cardboard strips are provided on one or both sides with a lacquer which is impermeable to grease and/or water.
