Abstract (en)
A discrete-action planetary mill has a casing (1) in which are mounted rotatable containers (17) with drums (18), a steering arm (10) carrying the containers and connected to an electric drive. A rigid ring (3) is mounted in the casing (1) coaxially to the steering arm (10) and with a gap in relation to the casing (1). The rigid ring (3) embraces the containers (17) with the drums (18) so as to be in permanent contact with them. A thrust roller (12) is mounted coaxially to the rigid ring (3) so as to contact all the containers (17) and to elastically press them against the rigid ring (3). The steering arm (10) is provided between the containers (17) with thrust elements (21) each of which contacts one of the containers (17).

Die Planetenmühle diskreter Wirkung enthält ein Gehäuse (1), in dem drehbare Behälter (17) mit Trommeln (18) und ein Träger (10), der die Behälter trägt und mit einem Elektroantrieb verbunden ist, untergebracht sind. Im Gehäuse (1) ist koaxial zum Träger (10) eine steife Fassung (3) mit einem Spalt in bezug auf das Gehäuse (1) angeordnet. Die steife Fassung (3) umfaßt die Behälter (17) mit den Trommeln (18) und steht mit ihnen im ständigen Kontakt. Gleichachsig mit der steifen Fassung (3) ist eine Spreizrolle (12) angeordnet, die mit allen Behältern (17) kontaktiert und diese an die steife Fassung (3) elastisch andrückt. Auf dem Träger (10) sind zwischen den Behältern (17) Abstützelemente (21) angebracht, von denen jedes mit einem der Behälter (17) kontaktiert. <IMAGE>

Un broyeur planétaire à action discrète comporte une structure (1) dans laquelle sont montés des conteneurs rotatifs (17) à tambours (18), un bras de direction (10) portant les conteneurs et relié à un entraînement électrique. Un anneau annulaire (3) est monté dans la structure (1) coaxialement audit bras de direction (10), et avec un écartement par rapport à la structure (1). Ledit anneau rigide (3) entoure les conteneurs (17) avec les tambours (18) de manière à être en contact permanent avec ceux-ci. Un rouleau de poussée (12) est monté coaxialement à l'anneau rigide (3) de manière à venir en contact avec tous les conteneurs (17), et afin de les presser élastiquement contre l'anneau rigide (3). Ledit bras de direction (10) est situé entre les conteneurs (17) avec des éléments de poussée (21) venant chacun en contact avec l'un des conteneurs (17).
