Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH03107544A] PURPOSE: To improve operating reliability by driving a control member including a throttle for an internal combustion engine with a manual driver and a first control mechanism portion or with an operator including a motor and a second control mechanism portion and devising link means for the respective mechanism portions. CONSTITUTION: With the operation of an accelerator pedal 1, a first portion 8a of a control mechanism is moved by driver 4 moved via a movable lever 2 between an idling stopper LL and a full load stopper VL to adjust the opening of a throttle 9 for an internal combustion engine. The first portion 8a is forced into an adjustment passage for an extension 15 provided for a second portion 8b connected to an electric motor 14 via torque converters 30a, 30b. The spring force of an idling spring 12a for energization to the direction of the minimum idling position is operated on the first portion 8a and the spring forces of a non-stationary rotating spring 20 for energization at an idling non-stationary position to the direction of the minimum idling position and an auxiliary spring 31 for energization to the direction of the minimum idling position are operated on the second portion 8b.
