The invention relates to a terminal positioning device for a crimp machine which crimps terminals in the form of a strip formed of sheet-metal stampings to insulated electric leads and, in the process of crimping, separates the crimped terminal from the terminal strip, the crimp machine having a transport finger means for feeding the terminal strip and a braking device for braking the feed motion of the terminal strip, characterised by a hooking device for stopping the feed motion of the terminal strip, which device engages behind an edge of a terminal. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbinderpositioniervorrichtung für eine Crimpmaschine, die bandförmig aneinandergereihte, aus Blechstanzteilen geformte Verbinder an abisolierte elektrische Leitungen crimpt und beim Crimpen den gecrimpten Verbinder vom Verbinderband abtrennt, wobei die Crimpmaschine eine Transportfingereinrichtung für den Vorschub des Verbinderbandes und eine Bremsvorrichtung zum Abbremsen der Vorschubbewegung des Verbinderbandes aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verhakungsvorrichtung zum Abstoppen der Vorschubbewegung des Verbinderbandes, die hinter eine Kante eines Verbinders greift.
