[origin: EP0413220A1] The invention relates to an auxiliary switch module for electromagnetic switching devices, having a housing, assembled from two shells, and a hook which can be engaged with an edge strip of the switching device, facing the switching device when it is placed on, and a locking pawl, which latches to parts of the switching device in the fitted state. The locking pawl and the hook are integrally formed on in each case one of the two shells, across the full width. A cutter-shaped central web is integrally formed in front of the insertion opening for the connecting conductors on the shell with the locking pawl, such that the insertion opening is split into two insertion openings for the connecting conductors. <IMAGE>
