[origin: EP0413880A1] The device for securing beverage bottles to dispensing devices consists of a sleeve-like housing (1) which receives the bottle neck, leaving the bottle opening free, and which has a seal in engagement with the bottle neck and an outlet opening (2) which connects to a connection of the dispensing device. To prevent a loosening or undesired detachment of the bottle, the receiving opening of the housing (1) receives the bottle neck with play, the depth of the receiving opening is chosen to be greater than the neck thread length of an insertable bottle and, inside the introduction opening, is provided a guide (10), tapering conically inwards, against which a deformable securing ring (11, 12) can be pressed by means of a clamping nut (14) cooperating with an end thread (15) of the housing (1), such that it is laid with its deformed edge region behind an optional thread in throttling fashion around the bottle neck and firmly holds the bottle in the housing (1) and in engagement with the seal (6). <IMAGE>
