Abstract (en)
This is a machine for household use which resembles a noodle machine with rollers and comprises three rollers (4, 5, 6) which are arranged in a triangular shape (the third roller being situated below the two upper rollers) and whose surfaces are knurled axially to receive the grinding product. The gaps between the rollers (4, 5, 6) are adjustable and the circumferential speed of the rollers (4, 5, 6) varies such that friction occurs between them. To facilitate the feed and the even distribution of the grinding product, a small filling funnel is placed on the mill, which filling funnel has a gap-type opening at the bottom end.

Es handelt sich um eine Maschine für den Haushaltsgebrauch, die einer Nudelmaschine mit Walzen ähnelt und drei Walzen (4, 5, 6) umfaßt, welche in Dreiecksform angeordnet sind (wobei die dritte Walze sich unter den beiden oberen befindet) und deren Oberflächen zum Erfassen des Mahlgutes gerändelt sind. Die Spalte zwischen den Walzen (4, 5, 6) sind einstellbar, und die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Walzen (4, 5, 6) ist unterschiedlich, so daß zwischen ihnen Reibung entsteht. Zur Erleichterung der Zufuhr und der gleichmäßigen Verteilung des Mahlgutes wird auf die Mühle ein kleiner Einfülltrichter gesetzt, der am unteren Ende eine spaltförmige Öffnung aufweist.
