A heating device, in particular a vehicle heating device, is indicated, which has an operation control and a combustion air blower, driven by a motor, for combustion air supply to a burner operated by means of fuel. In this connection, an electronic drive device for the combustion air blower is prepared which works in such a manner that the heating capacity produced by the heating device is independent of external disturbance variables such as system voltage fluctuations, bearing friction, pressure losses at the burner and counter-pressure produced by the waste gas or the like. According to one embodiment, the electronic drive device has the effect that a constant voltage is present at the combustion air blower motor so that the speed of the combustion air blower is extensively constant. Alternatively, the electronic drive device can also effect regulation of the electromotive force of the combustion air blower motor to a setpoint predetermined as a desired value.

Es wird ein Heizgerät, insbesondere ein Fahrzeugheizgerät angegeben, das eine Betriebssteuerung und ein über einen Motor angetriebenes Brennluftgebläse zur Brennluftförderung zu einem mittels Brennstoff betriebenen Brenner hat. Hierbei wird eine elektronische Ansteuereinrichtung für das Brennluftgebläse bereitgestellt, die derart arbeitet, daß die vom Heizgerät erzeugte Heizleistung unabhängig von äußeren Störgrößen, wie Bordspannungsschwankungen, Lagerreibungen, Druckverluste am Brenner und durch das Abgas erzeugter Gegendruck oder dergleichen, ist. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform bewirkt die elektronische Ansteuereinrichtung, daß an dem Brennluftgebläsemotor eine konstante Spannung anliegt, so daß die Drehzahl des Brennluftgebläses weitgehend konstant ist. Alternativ kann die elektronische Ansteuereinrichtung auch eine Regelung der elektromotorischen Kraft des Brennluftgebläsemotors auf einen als Vorgabewert vorgegebenen Sollwert bewirken.
