Abstract (en)
A method of and a device for filling containers with liquid, in particular with a liquid under high pressure, is described. The device has at least one liquid reservoir (1), container carriers moving successive containers (2) along a preset container path (A-D), and filling heads (6) guided along a movement path corresponding at least in certain sections to the preset container path. The filling heads are mountable, in each case by means of centering members, sealingly onto successive containers (2) to be filled and have means for introducing the liquid contained in the liquid reservoir into the containers. Additional container-processing devices, such as for example labelling devices (9, 11) or printing devices, are arranged along the container path (A-B-C-D). <IMAGE>

Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Füllen von Behältern mit einer Flüssigkeit, insbesondere mit einer unter erhöhtem Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit beschrieben. Die Vorrichtung weist wenigstens einen Flüssigkeitsvorrat (1), aufeinanderfolgende Behälter (2) entlang einer vorgegebenen Behälterbahn (A-D) bewegende Behälterträger und entlang einer mit der vorgegebenen Behälterbahn wenigstens abschnittsweise korrespondierenden Bewegungsbahn geführte Füllorgane (6) auf. Die Füllorgane sind jeweils mittels Zentrierkörpern dichtend auf aufeinanderfolgende zu füllende Behälter (2) aufsetzbar und weisen Mittel zum Einfüllen der im Flüssigkeitsvorrat enthaltenen Flüssigkeit in die Behälter auf. Entlang der Behälterbahn (A-B-C-D) sind weitere Behälterbearbeitungseinrichtungen, wie beispielsweise Etikettiereinrichtungen (9, 11) oder Druckeinrichtungen angeordnet.
