[origin: EP0415061A2] There is provided a terminal which can be connected functionally to the cash register of a retail and/or service establishment and which can be set up on the counter and serves for simplifying and improving transactions and information between the vendor and customer during payment. The cash terminal (1) contains a voucher printer, the output orifice (7) of which faces the customer, and a display (6) likewise assigned to the customer and, in that a cash recess (9) is formed in the upper part (3) of the housing (2, 3), is designed as a money tray. <IMAGE>
