Abstract (en)
A first operating member is a longitudinal lower-side lever (75), the pushing in of which by gripping with the hand causes opening of the gas circuit and lighting of the flame by means of a piezo-electric lighter (81, 82), and the second operating member is a flow control button (84), located at the front of the handle (1), which turns about a longitudinal axis (41) and is provided with a projection (87) which can be displaced following the upper-side wall of the handle, being moved by the thumb. These two members are connected to a shutting flap and to a control tap which are integrated in a compact block (5) located at the rear of the handle. This torch is light, compact, well balanced and can be operated without difficulty with one single hand. <IMAGE>

Un premier organe de manoeuvre est un levier ventral longitudinal (75), dont l'enfoncement par serrage de la main provoque l'ouverture du circuit de gaz et l'allumage de la flamme au moyen d'un allumeur piézo-électrique (81, 82), et le second organe de manoeuvre est un bouton de réglage de débit (84) situé à l'avant de la poignée (1), tournant autour d'un axe longitudinal (41) et muni d'une saillie (87) pouvant se déplacer en suivant la paroi dorsale de la poignée en étant entraînée par le pouce. Ces deux organes sont reliés à un clapet d'arrêt et à un robinet de réglage intégrés dans un bloc compact (5) situé à l'arrière de la poignée. Ce chalumeau est léger, compact, bien équilibré et peut être manoeuvré sans difficulté d'une seule main.
