[origin: CA2023506A1] A can-shaped carton has a body made of a compound of paper and/or cardboard with a plastic coating provided at least on the inside, a bottom sealed to the body, an originality closure sealed to the opposite end face, which closure is opened for the removal of the packed material, and a lid made of plastic for closing the carton again. A simple and inexpensive as well as environmentally friendly embodiment is obtained by the fact that the lid consists of a plastic annular part, which is substantially of the same contour as the body and is sealed on to the end face of the latter, and a disc which is made of a compound of paper and/or cardboard, is moulded into the annular part, spans the body at the end and is covered along its circumference by a narrow strip of material of the annular part which, in turn, is separable over a part of its circumference.

Eine dosenförmige Verpackung weist einen Rumpf (1) aus Papier- und/oder Kartonverbund (3) mit einer wenigstens innenseitig vorgesehenen Kunststoffbeschichtung (5), einen an den Rumpf angesiegelten Boden, einen an der gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite angesiegelten Originalitätsverschluß, der für die Entnahme des Füllgutes geöffnet wird, und einen Deckel (2) aus Kunststoff zum Wiederverschließen der Verpackung auf. Eine einfache und kostengünstige sowie umweltfreundliche Ausführung wird dadurch erhalten, daß der Deckel aus einem Kunststoff-Ringteil (7), das mit dem Rumpf im wesentlichen umrißgleich und auf dessen Stirnseite aufgesiegelt ist, und einer in das Ringteil eingespritzten, den Rumpf stirnseitig überspannenden Scheibe (10) aus Papier- und/oder Kartonverbund besteht, die entlang ihres Umfangs von einem schmalen Materialstreifen (12) des Ringteils abgedeckt ist, der seinerseits über einen Teil des Umfangs abtrennbar ist.
