[origin: CA2024526A1] A package to hold flowable contents and with an opening device A package for milk is described which consists of a tube (1) forming the side walls (2, 3) and having a top (4) and a bottom of which the top (4) comprises at least one folded-over wall panel (5 to 8) constructed in one piece with the tube (1), an opening device (14) being provided within the top (4). According to the invention, it is suggested that the pourer orifice be closed by a tab which can be torn open along a line of weakness (18) and which has an integrally moulded handle of synthetic plastics material, the line of weakness (18) extending as far as the outer edge (12) of the top (4) where it ends in or adjacent to a hole in the wall panel (5, 8) of the top (4) engaging around, connected to the handle, a cord (11) which projects inwardly from the surface of the top (4) which is towards the interior of the package, extending outwardly through the hole and being lengthened by the handle.

Beschrieben wird eine Verpackung für Milch, bestehend aus einem die Seitenwände (2, 3) bildenden Tubus (1) mit Deckel (4) und Boden, von denen der Deckel (4) wenigstens ein umgefaltetes, mit dem Tubus (1) einstückig ausgebildetes Wandfeld (5 bis 8) aufweist, wobei eine Öffnungsvorrichtung (14) im Deckel (4) vorgesehen ist. Es wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß die Ausgießöffnung durch eine längs einer Schwächungslinie (18) aufreißbare Lasche mit angespritztem Griff aus Kunststoff verschlossen ist, die Schwächungslinie (18) bis zum Außenrand (12) des Deckels (4) verläuft, dort in oder neben einem Loch im Wandfeld (5, 8) des Deckels (4) mündet und einen mit dem Griff verbundenen Strang (11) umgreift, welcher aus der dem Packungsinneren zugewandten Oberfläche des Deckels (4) nach innen heraussteht, sich durch das Loch nach außen erstreckt und durch den Griff verlängert ist.
