In a device for preventing damage to the printing unit in the case of tears in the paper web or damage to the folding apparatus in the case of interferences, a movable clamping body is provided which can be placed against a stationary clamping body. In an operative position, both clamping bodies form a clamping surface which retains a web of paper.

Bei einer Einrichtung zum Verhindern von Druckwerksschäden bei Papierbahnrissen bzw. Falzapparatschäden bei Störmeldungen ist ein bewegbarer Klemmkörper (34) an einen stationären Klemmkörper (33) anstellbar vorgesehen. Beide Klemmkörper bilden in einer Arbeitsstellung eine Klemmfläche, die eine Papierbahn (6) festhält.
