Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a filling head (1) for counterpressure bottling machines for filling vessels (7) (e.g. bottles) with a liquid product. Each vessel, which is in sealing relation with the filling head, is relieved via a gas conduit having a control-valve arrangement (12, 32) on completion of the product inflow, to a pre-relief pressure and then to atmospheric pressure. To achieve a defined pre-relief with a simplified structure, the control-valve arrangement (12, 32) has two different operating positions for the pre-relief and the relief to atmospheric pressure. In addition, the gas conduit has two sections, namely a first section (19, 26, 40), leading to the atmosphere, for the relief to atmospheric pressure and a second section (18, 20, 43), via which the pre-relief takes place to the atmosphere via a pressure-regulating valve (21, 21a, 21b) which opens said second section whenever the pre-relief pressure is exceeded. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Füllelement (1) für Gegendruck-Füllmaschinen zum Füllen von Gefäßen (7) (z.B. Flaschen) mit einem flüssigen Füllgut. Über einen eine Steuerventilanordnung (12, 32) aufweisenden Gasweg erfolgt nach Beendigung des Füllguteinlaufs eine Entlastung des jeweiligen in Dichtlage mit dem Füllelement befindlichen Gefäßes auf einen Vorentlastungsdruck und anschließend auf Atmosphärendruck. Um bei vereinfachter Konstruktion eine definierte Vorentlastung zu erreichen, besitzt die Steuerventilanordnung (12, 32) zwei unterschiedliche Betriebsstellungen für die Vorentlastung und die Entlastung auf Atmosphärendruck. Außerdem weist der Gasweg zwei Abschnitte auf, nämlich einen ersten (19, 26, 40) zur Atmosphäre führenden Abschnitt für die Entlastung auf Atmosphärendruck und einen zweiten Abschnitt (18, 20, 43), über den die Vorentlastung über ein Druckregelventil (21, 21a, 21b) zur Atmosphäre erfolgt, welches diesen zweiten Abschnitt immer dann öffnet, wenn der Vorentlastungsdruck überschritten wird.
