[origin: WO9011134A1] A nozzle (1) comprises a nozzle body (2) rotatably mounted in a housing (3). The flow channel (4) is bent in the region of the nozzle head (5). A toothed ring (8) surrounding the nozzle body (2) is accessible through an opening (7) on the side of the housing (3). The nozzle (1) can be connected to a line from a high-pressure pump at a connection (6). The drive consists of a motor which lifts a toothed rack via an eccentric. This toothed rack engages in the toothed ring (8), thereby imparting a repetitive partially rotatary motion to the nozzle body (2). The bent liquid jet thus causes repetitive arcuate swivelling movements. The toothed rack is also connected to a linear drive which can rotate the body through 180 DEG . The work surfaces can be fed in loop form, on which the liquid jet traces arcs which constitute a zigzag line. The nozzle (1) can be rotated at the ends of the loops and returned parallel to the first strip-shaped work surface.

Un ajutage (1) comporte un corps (2) monté rotatif dans un carter (3). Le canal d'écoulement (4) est recourbé dans la région de la tête d'ajutage (5). Un anneau denté (8) entourant le corps d'ajutage (2) est accessible par une ouverture (7) sur le côté du carter (3). L'ajutage (1) peut être relié, au niveau d'un raccord (6), à une canalisation venant d'une pompe haute pression. L'entraînement se compose d'un moteur qui produit un mouvement d'élévation sur une crémaillère via un excentrique. Cette crémaillère agit sur l'anneau denté (8), imprimant ainsi un mouvement rotatif partiellement répétitif au corps d'ajutage (2). Le jet de liquide recourbé provoque ainsi des mouvements arqués répétitifs de pivotement. La crémaillère est également reliée à un entraînement linéaire qui peut faire tourner le corps sur 180°. Les surfaces à traiter peuvent être alimentées en forme de boucle, le jet de liquide traçant sur celles-ci des arcs qui constituent une ligne en zig-zag. L'ajutage (1) peut être mis en rotation aux extrémités des boucles puis ramené parallèlement à la première bande de surface traitée.
