L'invention concerne un procédé catalytique se déroulant dans un milieu fluide, et en particulier aqueux, ainsi que des particules porteuses et un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé. Le biocatalyseur est fixé sur des particules de verre ou de céramique, en particulier sur du verre poreux, et les particules porteuses sont magnétiques. La surface des particules porteuses est recouverte d'une couche de séparation constituée d'un polymère organique, par exemple le glutaraldéhyde ou le polyuréthane.
