Abstract (en)
An electric drop-jet generator comprises a sprayer to which the working liquid is fed under pressure. Pressure oscillations of the liquid are generated inside the sprayer by means of piezoceramic washers (9). At the end of the tube (2) of the sprayer is hermetically mounted a cap (6) provided with a nozzle (7). The external and internal surfaces of the tube (2) of the sprayer form at their intersection point a sharp edge adjoining the internal surface of the dismountable cap (6).

Der Elektro-Tröpfchenstrahlgenerator enthält einen Zerstäuber, in welchen unter Druck die Arbeitsflüssigkeit gefördert wird. Die Schwankungen des Drucks der Arbeitsflüssigkeit im Inneren des Zerstäubers werden mit Hilfe piezokeramischer Scheiben (9) erzeugt. Auf dem Ende des Rohrs (2) des Zerstäubers sitzt hermetisch eine abnehmbare Kappe (6), in der eine Düse (7) ausgebildet ist. Die Außen- und die Innenfläche des Rohrs (2) des Zerstäubers bilden beim Schneiden eine scharfe Kante, die an der inneren Seitenfläche der Kappe (6) anliegt.

Un générateur électrique de jet de gouttes comprend un pulvérisateur alimenté en liquide de travail sous pression. Des oscillations de pression du liquide sont créées à l'intérieur dudit pulvérisateur au moyen de rondelles piézocéramiques (9). A l'extrémité du tube (2) du pulvérisateur est monté hermétiquement un couvercle (6) doté d'un ajutage (7). Les surfaces extérieure et intérieure du tube (2) du pulvérisateur forment à leur point d'intersection une arête vive contiguë à la surface intérieure du couvercle démontable (6).
