What is proposed is a ventilator arrangement which has a ventilator connected to an outgoing-air line leading from living rooms and damp spaces and which possesses a shut-off device against the transmission of fire between portions of fire. The shut-off device is equipped with a shut-off element which closes the outgoing-air line in the event of a fire and which is brought into the closing position via a thermal release device. There is a baseplate (1) made of non-combustible material, which has an orifice (10) corresponding to the outgoing-air orifice and which is fastened to the wall or ceiling forming the separation between portions of fire or to a fire-retarding housing. The shut-off element is designed as a shut-off plate (4) which is pivotable in the plane of the baseplate by means of the force of a prestressed spring (6) about a rotary axle (3) connected to the baseplate (1). <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Lüfteranordnung mit einem Lüfter, der mit einer aus Wohn- und Feuchträumen führenden Abluftleitung verbunden ist, vorgeschlagen, die eine Absperrvorrichtung gegen Brandübertragung zwischen Brandabschnitten aufweist. Die Absperrvorrichtung ist mit einem die Abluftleitung im Brandfalle verschließenden Absperrelement versehen, das über eine thermische Auslösevorrichtung in die Verschlußstellung gebracht wird. Es ist eine Grundplatte (1) aus nicht brennbarem Material vorgesehen, die eine der Abluftöffnung entsprechende Öffnung (10) aufweist und an der die Brandabschnitttrennung bildenden Wand oder Decke oder einem feuerhemmenden Gehäuse befestigt ist. Das Absperrelement ist als Absperrplatte (4) ausgebildet, die um eine mit der Grundplatte (1) verbundene Drehachse (3) durch die Kraft einer vorgespannten Feder (6) in der Ebene der Grundplatte schwenkbar ist.
