[origin: WO9103693A1] The refrigerator includes in its internal volume (2) a compartment (4) of which at least one part is manually displaceable and defines a second internal volume (5) substantially sealed with respect to the first internal volume (2) and communicating with a gas source having an oxygen content lower than that of air, conventionally comprised of a separation module (17) cyclically supplied with compressed air by means of a motor-compressor group (19). Application to long duration home-keeeping of fruits and vegetables.

Le réfrigérateur comprend, dans son volume interne (2), un compartiment (4) dont au moins une partie est déplaçable manuellement et définissant un second volume interne (5) sensiblement étanchéifié par rapport au premier volume interne (2) et communiquant avec une source de gaz à teneur en oxygène inférieure à celle de l'air, constituée typiquement par un module de séparation (17) alimenté cycliquement en air comprimé par un groupe moto-compresseur (19). Application à la conservation domestique longue durée de fruits et légumes.
