[origin: DE3910971C1] A heart valve prosthesis for replacement of the aortic valve or pulmonary valve comprises a plastic or metal supporting ring (10), three commissure elements and three vela formed from a biological heart valve preparation. The aortic walls of the vela arranged in the supporting ring (10) are stitched, together with the supporting ring (10) and its commissure wall, to the edges of the commissure elements. The commissure elements are formed by strips (12) of felt which stand proud on the supporting ring with their axes parallel and which can be fastened to the walls of the patient's aorta.

Une prothèse de valvule cardiaque pour remplacement des sigmoïdes aortiques ou des sigmoïdes pulmonaires comprend un anneau de support (10) en plastique ou en métal, trois éléments de commissure et trois voiles formés à partir d'une préparation biologique de valvule cardiaque. Les parois aortiques des voiles disposées dans l'anneau de support (10) sont cousues, conjointement avec l'anneau de support (10) et sa paroi de commissure, aux bords des éléments de commissure. Ces derniers sont formés par des bandes (12) de feutre qui dépassent sur l'anneau de support, leurs axes étant parallèles, et qui se fixent à la paroi de l'aorte du patient.
