In addition, a collecting tube (14) comprises a hollow body having one end having an aperture therethrough and having keying means (20) on the outer surface of the tube. Further, a rack (50) for receiving generally cylindrical bodies having complementary keying means comprises a top surface (58) and a plurality of legs (56) sufficient to support the top surface. L'appareil de chromatographie sur colonne échangeuse à organe de coinçage décrit comprend un corps polymère (30) traversé par un canal (37), un organe (31) servant à coupler la colonne à un appareil d'insertion (10) muni d'un organe de couplage complémentaire (12), ainsi qu'un organe de coinçage (34) situé sur la surface externe de la colonne. En outre, un tube collecteur (14) comprend un corps creux dont une extrémité est traversée par une ouverture, un organe de coinçage (20) étant situé sur la surface extérieure du tube. Un bâti (50), destiné à recevoir des corps généralement cylindriques pourvus d'organes de coinçage complémentaires, comporte une surface supérieure (58) et plusieurs pieds (56) capables de soutenir la surface supérieure.
