Abstract (en)
The plastic button is provided with a tiltable button plate (1) and a rotationally symmetrical bottom part (3) which is riveted to a carrier material (5) by a nail (6). In order to guarantee a permanent connection between the button plate (1) and the bottom part (3), even in the case of frequent tilting movements, a hollow shaft (2) is moulded onto the button plate (1), which shaft terminates at its bottom end with an inwardly projecting annular flange (8). The separately constructed bottom part (3) has at its upper end a conically tapering collar (10) which can be driven into the hollow shaft (2) with elastic expansion of the annular flange (8) and, in the joined-together state, grips behind the annular flange (8) with its shoulders (11). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Plastikknopf ist mit einer kippbaren Knopfplatte (1) und einem rotationssymmetrischen Unterteil (3) versehen, welches auf einem Trägerstoff (5) mit einem Nagel (6) vernietet wird. Um zwischen der Knopfplatte (1) und dem Unterteil (3) auch bei häufigen Kippbewegungen eine dauerhafte Verbindung zu gewährleisten, ist an der Knopfplatte (1) ein hohler Schaft (2) angeformt, der an seinem unteren Ende mit einem nach innen ragenden ringförmigen Flansch (8) abschließt. Das hiervon separat ausgebildete Unterteil (3) weist an seinem oberen Ende einen sich konisch verjüngenden Kragen (10) auf, der in den hohlen Schaft (2) unter elastischer Aufweitung des Ringflansches (8) eintreibbar ist und im zusammengefügten Zustand mit seinen Schultern (11) den Ringflansch (8) hintergreift.
