The doctor blade, attached in a swivellable doctor blade holder, of a doctor blade arrangement can be engaged at an adjustable angle against a cylinder receiving an ink, preferably the forme cylinder of a gravure printing machine. In order to be able to adjust the engagement angle and the application line of the doctor blade on the cylinder and, additionally, the engagement pressure of the doctor blade on the cylinder even during the printing operation reliably and quickly, the doctor blade holder (32) is mounted swivellably in a frame (14) which, in turn, is mounted swivellably on support pieces (11, 12) which are guided in the frame (1) so as to be adjustable synchronously in a linear manner. <??>The doctor blade holder (32) and the frame (14) are provided with swivel drives and the support pieces (11, 12) with linear drives which can be controlled from a central control device (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das in einem schwenkbaren Rakelhalter befestigte Rakelmesser einer Rakelvorrichtung ist an eine Farbe aufnehmende Walze, vorzugsweise an den Formzylinder einer Tiefdruckmaschine, mit einstellbarem Winkel anstellbar. Um den Anstellwinkel und die Angriffslinie des Rakelmessers an der Walze und zusätzlich auch den Anstelldruck des Rakelmessers an die Walze auch während des Druckbetriebes zuverlässig und schnell einstellen zu können, ist der Rakelhalter (32) in einem Rahmen (14) schwenkbar gelagert, der seinerseits schwenkbar an Tragstücken (11,12) gelagert ist, die synchron linear verstellbar im Gestell (1) geführt sind. Der Rakelhalter (32) und der Rahmen (14) sind mit Schwenkantrieben und die Tragstücke (11,12) mit Linearantrieben versehen, die von einer zentralen Steuereinrichtung steuerbar sind (Fig.1)
