[origin: EP0419962A2] A yarn-winding device has a cylindrical spindle-bearing housing (11) which is arranged vertically in a bore (12) of a spindle rail (13) and into which a spindle shank (27), intended for the attachment of a winding tube and equipped with a driving wharve, is inserted from above for the purpose of a rotary mounting. The spindle-bearing housing has a widened supporting portion (14) above the bore (12). As fastening means, a cup spring (15) is provided axially displaceably on the spindle-bearing housing (11) underneath the bore (12), and under the cup spring (15) a retaining ring (18) which is snapped into an annular groove (21) of the spindle-bearing housing (11). <IMAGE>
