Abstract (de)
Um bei einer Zerkleinerungsmaschine, insbesondere für Fleisch od. dgl., mit zwei in Durchlaufrichtung (3) des Schneidguts hintereinander angeordneten, je aus einer Lochscheibe (7) und einem rotierenden Schneidmesser (6) bestehenden Schneidsätzen (4, 5) den Durchlauf des Schneidguts durch die Maschine, insbesondere im Bereich des ersten Schneidesatzes, zu verbessern, wird in Durchlaufrichtung (3) gesehen zumindest vor der ersten Lochscheibe (7) ein Stauring (12) angeordnet. Dieser ist mit einer Vielzahl von etwa radialen Stauzähnen (13) ausgestattet, wobei in Umfangsrichtung gesehen die Breite der Zahnlücken etwa der Zahnbreite entspricht und der Schneidmesserkörper in den Stauring (12) hineinragt. Vorteilhafterweise weist das Schneidmesser (6) mehr als zwei, vorzugsweise fünf bis zwölf Arme mit wenigstens je einer eingesetzten auswechselbaren Klinge auf.
