Abstract (en)
The method serves preferably for making a vacuum-packing for ground bean coffee in single-layer packings (10, 113). In a first stage of the method, from stiff yet relatively flexible composite packing materials, printed, folded-flat packing blanks (10) are manufactured, which are pregrooved at the longitudinal edges and near the bottom fold and longitudinally sealed in an overlapping manner and which, before opening of the packing sleeve (10), are shortened, according to a statistically controlled tendency control (49), with a stamp (15) by one packing section to a corrected length of the packing blank (10). In this connection, the tendency control (49) is controlled by the measured values of the filling levels which result after filling and compression of the product in the packings (10). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das Verfahren dient vorzugsweise zur Herstellung einer Vakuum-Packung für gemahlenen Bohnenkaffee in Einlagen-Packungen (10,113). Im einen ersten Verfahrensschritt werden aus steifen, jedoch relativ flexiblen Verbund-Packstoffen bedruckte, an den Längskanten und bei der Bodenfaltung vorgerillte und überlappt längsgesiegelte, flachgefaltete Packungszuschnitte (10) hergestellt, die vor dem Oeffnen der Packungshülse (10) nach Massgabe einer statistisch geregelten Tendenz-Steuerung (49) mit einer Stanze (15) um einen Packungsabschnitt auf eine korrigierte Länge des Packungszuschnitts (10) gekürzt werden. Dabei wird die Tendenz-Steuerung (49) durch die gemessenen Werte der Füllstandshöhen geregelt, die sich nach dem Abfüllen und Verdichten des Produktes in den Packungen (10) ergeben.
