[origin: WO8912566A1] The invention relates to the railway rolling-stock industry. The axle boxes (20) with shrunk-on wheels are connected to a rigid bogie frame (2, 4) via a primary horizontal link comprising a connecting rod (18) secured to the longitudinal member (2) of the frame by a flexible ball joint (14). At least one of the four axle boxes (20) can slide longitudinally in relation to the longitudinal member (2). The sliding movements are controlled by a rod system (22, 24, 26, 30), the input component (22) of which is integral with the vehicle frame, or via a damper and a flexible return member located mutually in parallel. Bogies with wheels shrunk on the axles, as per the invention, are better able to negotiate curves.

L'invention concerne l'industrie des véhicules ferroviaires. Les boîtes d'essieux (20) à roues frettées sont liées à un châssis rigide (2, 4) du bogie par une liaison primaire horizontale comportant une bielle (18) attelée au longeron (2) du châssis par une rotule élastique (14). L'une au moins des quatre boîtes d'essieux (20) peut coulisser longitudinalement par rapport au longeron (2). Les mouvements de coulissement sont contrôlés par une tringlerie (22, 24, 26, 30) ayant son organe d'entrée (22) solidaire de la caisse du véhicule, ou bien par un amortisseur et un rappel élastique placés en parallèle l'un de l'autre. L'invention favorise l'inscription en courbe des bogies dont les essieux sont à roues frettées sur l'axe.
